AP6 Challenge

AP6 is a six week program that we developed to cater to the people with a little bit of a competitive side, as well as the people that need a little accountability for their health and fitness. This challenge can help you loose fat, build muscle, or both! There will be a prize for the winner. One male and one female. This 6 week program will include a detailed meal plan for you to follow everyday, as well as a workout program and a cardio schedule. The workout program will consist of five workout days and two rest days of your choice. To choose the winner, we will ask for a picture to be sent via email on the very first day of the challenge, and another to be sent on the last day of the challenge.
